Dear Friends,

READ: ACTS 1:1 THROUGH ACTS 3:36

Not every day is exciting, but sometimes people find themselves struggling with day-to-day existence. When these seasons of life come, a way exists to end that season and move into a better one. Spending time in God’s presence produces an abundance of joy.

‘“You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence’” (Acts 2:28).

God created humanity designed with the ability to fellowship with Him. When one gets too busy or too focused on difficulties, life becomes frustrating and draining. Time spent doing the very thing one was created for will produce an atmosphere of peace, silencing those clamoring noises so joy can be ushered in. God’s presence refocuses a person’s thoughts, and His paths become clearer. He wants to reveal the daily path He has laid out for each person, so believers should ask Him.

Being filled everyday with His presence sets the stage for believers to pour out joy into the lives of others. Many walk downcast in life, but God’s children carry the answer to their despair.

Challenge for Today: Spend time today in His presence (and everyday) receiving the joy you need for the day.
